Cavaridge Knights troubleshooting
If something’s broken with Cavaridge Knights, here’s the path:
1. Check the status page
Section titled “1. Check the status page”status.cavaridge.app reports per-app health. If there’s an active incident, that’s almost always the cause.
2. Check your tenant’s role + scope
Section titled “2. Check your tenant’s role + scope”Most “I can’t see X” issues trace to RBAC. Visit your account page; verify the role you’re signed in as.
3. Search your tenant’s activity feed
Section titled “3. Search your tenant’s activity feed”Every action emits a Pulse event. The activity feed in your tenant UI is searchable; failed actions surface here with structured error metadata.
4. Reach support
Section titled “4. Reach support”Email support@cavaridge.com. Include:
- Tenant ID (UUID; visible in your account page)
- The Pulse event timestamp from step 3
- A short reproduction
