Cavaridge People troubleshooting

If something’s broken with Cavaridge People, here’s the path:

status.cavaridge.app reports per-app health. If there’s an active incident, that’s almost always the cause.

Most “I can’t see X” issues trace to RBAC. Visit your account page; verify the role you’re signed in as.

Every action emits a Pulse event. The activity feed in your tenant UI is searchable; failed actions surface here with structured error metadata.

Email support@cavaridge.com. Include:

  • Tenant ID (UUID; visible in your account page)
  • The Pulse event timestamp from step 3
  • A short reproduction

We aim for a 1-business-day first-touch.
